Sachiko: If I could sum it up in one word, I guess it would be 'honesty'. We have one free sample from each of our members' galleries and - uniquely for an adult site - we allow people to see thumbnails of every one of our members' pictures and videos before they join, so they can see exactly what they'll be getting. We also don't try to mislead people with invasive advertising (pop-ups etc.). I am also unusually honest about what I actually think, including about politics which most models won't touch for fear of alienating potential customers. Sachiko: We don't have enough of them! :-) This seems to be true of most independent model sites these days, especially if they aren't well established.

Sachiko: When we do a shoot, we just do whatever inspires us that day -- we work very spontaneously and always shoot on location (never in a studio).

Sachiko: Most of our photo shoots have a bit of a narrative, and we write up the story behind them in the introduction to each shoot.

Sachiko: We were doing them once every couple of weeks, but we've had to suspend further updates to our members' section for a while we prepare some products we're working on (books, videos etc.) for the wider market. People can join our site for one month only (not recurring), however, so you can join without being charged any recurring membership fees.

Wanderlustgirlie: During those shoots, have you worked with different photographers?

Sachiko: I have, but my website features the photography of my webmaster Lee exclusively.

Other sites may create tens of updates per one photo session but these two can't. Theydrunk.com is about girls really drinking and once session is finished the model is unable to do anything :) Then they need to rest and other week we invite other model to this shooting. Private Porn Video is based on real "no operator" concept - it is maintained by one of our former male models along. So one shot a week is just a physical limitation of this guy (remembers, he has a wife as well...) :)

During this photo sessions, have you worked with different photographers?
Yes we did and continue to. Different photographers provide us with different niche specializations and different models. Usually we work with 4-5 photographers simultaneously and buy some content in stores as well. We dream of the time we will be able to handle with own photographers only but it is a though task to perform.

How do you choose the themes?
Ugh... it is a really difficult question. It is quite like to ask how book writer chooses themes for his books :) They just come to us then we discuss them among all partners then form the final concept and try to shoot content for it. If it looks good - we make a site and see how it goes. This way we have created our most successful sites (like theydrunk.com for example). Then often our concepts change and site grows to something new. It is a process... :)

Who comes up with the stories?
We have a storywriter. However, sometime we take ideas from members letters, and lately we think about making members' stories part in members' areas. If our members will actively send their stories it can become a really interesting feature for those who want true stories or want to tell of his experience.

What about the models, how do you choose models for the site?
We chose those who suite the site concept. It is the main criteria, and other one - they should be nice. Not necessary beautiful or pretty - just nice, it is often more sexual than mere beauty. And many letters from our members confirm we have taken a right course.

Any future plans you care to share with us?

About once a week on average, for a full day. We plan the entire day out ahead of time and then burn thru each scene to get it done right.

Have you worked with different photographers?
I have employed Cole Montana to shoot some of the scenes for BlowjobRaces.com for me. He has come a long way and also acts as an agent to lots of the talent I use on my sites as well.

What about the models, how do you choose them for the site?
Pretty much based on what the girl is willing to do. The less attractive she is, the more "hardcore" she must be willing to get. An attractive girl can always get away with doing less on camera, that's just a fact of life.

So, if the mood hits us and we are in the middle of doing something wild and fun, we start taking pics or video. The camera's are never too far away! A few weeks ago, I gave a webcam show from a hotel room and stated that I was really horny and invited anyone in the area to come meet me at a restaurant afterwards so we could bring them back to the room for me to have fun with. Alysha: We used to post nude in public pics on a site. It wasn't our site and it was for a hobby, just for fun. I started winning contests and people wanted me to post more graphic pics, so I started winning contests with that as well.

Alysha: First, I like to call my members and fans, my friends. I've met so many great people since we've been online. With my site being extreme, the people that enjoy it tend to be very open-minded and fun.

Donny: I love my niche: I cover college girls mostly (although I photograph "mature" models too when I can find them). In my area there's nobody else around doing what I do. Most of the time I'm interviewing brand new girls who have never once considered posing nude in their life. They'll end up posing for me most of the time. You'll notice on my sites it says "college girls ages 18-70". A lot of people ask me about that "to 70" part. The reason I put that up there is if you go on a community college campus you'll see women into their 70s taking classes. The oldest model I've posted inside my site is a 63 year old. Wanderlustgirlie: One of the most notable factors of your sites is the themes. How do you choose the themes?

Donny: I like shooting in my own home. That's been the sort of "style" I've developed. I don't set up elaborate props. I have models sit on my couch, in my living room. I have them pose on my own bed. I have them shower in the same shower I use on a daily basis. Occasionally I'll take them to a few of my favorite outdoor spots. I just like to keep things real. Donny: I've worked with Brian Bradley (www.wanton.com) and recently, Aaron Matthews. I chat with many photographers including greats like J. Stephen Hicks. Photographers are usually great people. I say "usually" because there are always exceptions.

Wanderlustgirlie: Most of your sites, especially Donny's Girls is notorious for showcasing seductive models. How do you choose models for the site?

Donny: I've been doing this a long time, so I try to pick out models I think my members will enjoy. Sometimes I'll post one I personally like a lot, but the majority of the time model selection is based on what members like. I rely on member feedback quite a bit.
